Workshop: Forgiving and Forgetting starts with you!
Silver Lining Workshop Facilitation and Transformational Coaching Founder, Shahista Thokan will be hosting an interactive workshop with Raashida Khan, author of award-winning novels Mirror Cracked, and its sequel, Fragrance of Forgiveness.
The workshop will be thought-provoking discussions and include audience engagement on the central themes of the books: betrayal, grieving, acceptance and healing. This will be followed by reading extracts from the books and a guided free- writing session. Participants will be encouraged to journalise their thoughts, emotions and reactions to challenging incidents, attempting to work through these. Shahista will conclude this holistic workshop journey by providing tools to the audience on the different ways to let go of hurt and move towards contentment.
