  • There will be stalls selling educational books, educational toys and children’s books in the school hall. 
  • Parking will be available in the neighbouring school grounds.

Clockwork Books will have a pop-up-stall where readers will be able to buy copies of the participating authors’ books, as well as have their books signed. Credit card facilities are available.

THE ABC’s OF CODING

Join Laila Abramjee for a fun filled hour of code where teens can learn the basics of computer programming in a fun filled environment. Teens will have the opportunity to learn how to code a homework excuse generator in JavaScript, or design a HTML burger, or program Minecraft characters. No previous coding knowledge required.

Teens join journalist Ahmed Kajee as he explores the dynamic world of media with talk show host Ashraf Garda, M&G Editor-In-Chief Khadija Patel, Cricket commentator Aslam Khota, M&G journalist Nelisiwe Msomi, SABC journalist Hasina Kathrada, Salaam Media Founder Azhar Vadi and SABC news-reader Mahendra Raghunath.
